Terms of Service – Lexuranto
 

1. Who we are and scope of these terms

The online store Lexuranto at lexuranto.com is operated by:

In these terms, "Lexuranto", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Steframi UG (haftungsbeschränkt). "You" refers to the customer.
 

These Terms of Service apply to all use of our website and to all orders you place through it. Terms of the customer that differ from ours do not apply unless we expressly agree to them in writing.
 

A consumer is any natural person who places an order for purposes that are mainly outside their trade, business or profession (Section 13 of the German Civil Code, BGB).
 

2. Delivery area

We deliver exclusively to addresses in Germany. Details can be found in our Shipping Policy.
 

3. How a contract is concluded

The products shown in our store are not a legally binding offer but an invitation for you to place an order.
 

When you click the order button at the end of the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to buy the products in your shopping cart. Before you submit your order, you can review all your entries and correct any mistakes using the usual keyboard and mouse functions or the "back" function of your browser.
 

Right after you place your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not yet mean that we have accepted your order. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending a separate email (order acceptance or shipping confirmation) or when we ship the goods.
 

The contract language is English. We store the text of the contract and send you the details of your order by email. Our current Terms of Service are always available on this website.
 

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are stated in euros and include German statutory value added tax (VAT).
 

Standard shipping within Germany is free of charge. Insured express shipping costs €2.95. The shipping costs are shown clearly before you complete your order.
 

5. Payment

You can pay using the payment methods offered in the checkout. Payment is due when you place your order. Payments are processed by external payment service providers, whose own terms and privacy policies apply in addition to ours.
 

6. Delivery and availability

We deliver the goods to the delivery address you provide in Germany. You can find the delivery times for each shipping option in our Shipping Policy.
 

If a product you ordered is unexpectedly no longer available, we will inform you without delay. Any payment you have already made for that product will be refunded immediately.
 

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
 

8. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. You can find full details, including the model withdrawal form, on our Returns & Refunds page.
 

9. Warranty for defects

The statutory warranty rights apply to all products purchased from us.
 

If goods arrive with visible transport damage, please report this to us as soon as possible at info@lexuranto.com, ideally with a photo. This helps us make a claim against the carrier. Not reporting transport damage has no effect on your statutory rights.
 

10. Safe use of our products

Our products are made for babies and small children. Please always read and follow the instructions and safety notes that come with each product. Baby products should only be used under the supervision of an adult. Please check products regularly for signs of wear or damage and stop using them if they are damaged.
 

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz), and where we have given a guarantee.
 

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable if we breach an essential contractual obligation. An essential contractual obligation is one whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely. In such cases, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
 

Any further liability is excluded. These limitations also apply to our employees, representatives and vicarious agents.
 

12. Use of our website

You may not use our website:

(a) for any unlawful purpose or to encourage others to act unlawfully; (b) to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; (c) to harass, abuse, insult or discriminate against others; (d) to submit false or misleading information; (e) to upload viruses or any other harmful code; (f) to collect or track the personal data of others; (g) for spam, phishing, crawling or scraping; or (h) to interfere with or get around the security features of the website.
 

We may block access to our website for anyone who breaks these rules.
 

13. Reviews, comments and feedback

If you send us reviews, ideas, suggestions or other feedback, you agree that we may use, edit and publish them free of charge. Your content must not violate the rights of third parties or contain unlawful, offensive or misleading material. We are not obliged to publish, answer or pay for any feedback.
 

14. Accuracy of information

We take great care to keep all information on our website accurate and up to date. Occasionally, product descriptions, prices or availability may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct such errors. Your statutory rights are not affected.
 

15. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including texts, images, graphics and videos, belongs to Steframi UG (haftungsbeschränkt) or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, use or distribute any of it without our prior written consent.
 

16. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
 

If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the place of our registered office in Troisdorf.
 

17. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
 

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully valid.
 

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version valid at the time of your order always applies to that order.
