We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This Privacy Policy explains which data we collect when you visit lexuranto.com or shop with us, why we collect it, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Personal data we collect
2.1 Data you give us
(a) Order and contact data. For example your name, delivery and billing address, email address and phone number. (b) Customer account data. If you create a customer account, we store your login details and your order history. (c) Payment data. Payments are handled by external payment service providers. We only receive the information needed to process the order, such as confirmation of payment. We do not store your full card or account details. (d) Communication. Messages you send us by email, phone or contact form, including the contents of your request. (e) Newsletter. If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address to send it to you.
 
2.2 Data we collect automatically
(a) Server log files. When you visit our website, your browser automatically transmits technical information, such as your IP address, the date and time of access, the pages you visited, the website you came from, your browser type and your operating system. (b) Cookies and similar technologies. See section 5 below.
 
2.3 Data from other sources
(a) Payment service providers. Confirmation of whether a payment was successful. (b) Shipping companies. Information about the delivery status of your parcel. (c) Social media. If you interact with us on social media, we may receive information about that interaction from the platform.
 
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under Article 6(1) GDPR:
 
(a) Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To process and deliver your order, manage your customer account, handle returns and answer your questions. (b) Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). To meet our obligations under commercial and tax law, such as keeping invoices and accounting records. (c) Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). To run a secure and working website, to prevent fraud and misuse, to defend legal claims and to organize our business. (d) Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). For newsletters, non-essential cookies and delivery notifications from the shipping company, where you have given us your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
 
4. Who we share your data with
We only share your personal data where this is necessary for the purposes described above:
(a) Logistics and shipping companies. Our logistics partner and the shipping company receive your name and delivery address so that your order can be packed and delivered. If you have agreed to it, the shipping company also receives your email address or phone number to inform you about the delivery. (b) Payment service providers. The provider you choose in the checkout receives the data needed to process your payment. Their own privacy policies apply. (c) Hosting and IT service providers. The providers of our store system, hosting and email services process data on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements. (d) Tax advisors and accountants. To the extent needed to meet our legal obligations. (e) Authorities. Where we are legally required to do so. (f) Business transfers. If our business is sold or merged, your data may be transferred to the new owner.
We do not sell your personal data.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption, which you can recognize by the lock symbol in your browser. No system can be completely secure, but we work continuously to keep your data safe.
 
9. How long we keep your data
We only keep your personal data for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. Data that we must keep under German commercial and tax law, such as invoices and accounting records, is stored for the statutory retention periods of up to ten years. After that, it is deleted.
