Where we ship

We deliver exclusively to addresses in Germany.

Shipping options

We offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping: free Delivery within 4 to 5 business days.
 

Insured Express Shipping: €2.95 Delivery within 3 to 5 business days. Your parcel is insured and can be tracked.

You can choose your preferred option in the checkout.
 

Delivery times

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times start on the business day after you place your order. If you pay in advance, they start on the business day after we receive your payment.
 

Delivery times are estimates. In rare cases, for example during peak seasons or due to delays at the shipping company, delivery may take a little longer. If your order is significantly delayed, we will let you know.
 

Order processing

We process and ship orders on business days. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If you chose insured express shipping, this email also contains your tracking number.
 

Prices, taxes and customs

All prices include German statutory VAT. There are no customs duties or additional import fees.
 

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before you place your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away at info@lexuranto.com with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer guarantee changes to the address.
 

Damaged or lost parcels

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the packaging or the goods are visibly damaged, please send us a short description and a photo at info@lexuranto.com. This helps us make a claim against the shipping company. Your statutory rights are not affected if you do not report it.
 

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected time, please contact us. We will look into it with the shipping company and find a solution with you.
 

Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply to all products purchased from us. You can find more information in our Terms of Service and on our Returns & Refunds page.
