Returns & Refunds – Lexuranto
 

We want you and your little one to be happy with every order. If something is not quite right, you can return it within 14 days. Below you will find everything you need to know.
 

Before you return something

Check the size and details. Many of our products, such as baby sleeping bags, come in different sizes and TOG ratings. Please check the size information on the product page before ordering. If you are unsure, just email us at info@lexuranto.com and we will help you choose.
 

Keep the packaging. Please keep the original packaging until you are sure you want to keep the item.

Test carefully. You may check the item the same way you would in a shop. Please do not wash textiles or use feeding products before deciding whether to keep them, and leave all labels attached.
 

How to start a return

1. Contact us. Send an email to info@lexuranto.com with your order number and the items you want to return.

2. Get your return details. We will reply with the return address and everything you need for your return.

3. Pack it securely. Pack the items securely, ideally in the original packaging, and include your order number or delivery note.

4. Keep your receipt. Keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Please send a separate return for each order.
 

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will confirm this by email. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for your order. We may wait to make the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof that you have sent them.

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different size or colour? Contact us with your order number and we will arrange an exchange, as long as the item you want is in stock.
 

Defective or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lexuranto.com with a short description and a photo. In this case, we will cover the return costs. Your statutory warranty rights are not affected.
 

Items that cannot be returned

For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed goods cannot be returned if the seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to items that come into contact with a baby's mouth, such as pacifiers, teething rings and feeding sets.
 

Withdrawal Information

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
 

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the period starts on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.
 

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send your notice that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
 

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. This does not include additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer. This means that the €2.95 for insured express shipping is not refunded.
 

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
 

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
 

You must send back the goods to the return address we give you without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired.
 

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is caused by handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
 

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
